Over the years, Carol has been described as a tomboy, social butterfly, athlete, outdoorswoman, HR (human resources) analyst, patron of the arts, world traveler and Realtor.

Growing up as the middle child in a family of three girls, Carol learned early on to be assertive in pursuing her dreams. After graduating from Central Washington University with a B.A. and spending several very successful years climbing the Corporate Ladder in the HR department of a large Washington financial institution, Carol packed her bags and spent the next two years exploring numerous countries in Europe and Asia as well as seeing many different states in the U.S. Having assuaged her wanderlust, Carol returned home to Hawaii to begin her career as a Realtor, feeling well prepared with a new global perspective and eager to help others realize their dreams of home ownership.

Carol also serves as Vice President of the American Business Women Association – Na Kilohana O Wahine Chapter and is involved with many charitable organizations with a focus on children and animals such as The Hawaiian Humane Society, Children’s Cancer Foundation and YMCA.
