In early 2008 Sam and Renee became co-owners of the brand new Keller Williams Realty Market Center in Kirkland.

Because of its upbeat Company Culture and innovative Profit Sharing business model, KW has passed Prudential to rank as the 4th largest real estate company in America.

Among the numerous advantages of working at this new Kirkland office is that 48.2% of the owners profits are paid back to the participating agents as profit sharing. The office is managed by the agents themselves! The phenomenally successful educational system has weekly training for all levels of agents, including those top producing agents with teams or those who want to develop teams. 20+ classes or workshops are going on every month!

RE/MAX HALL OF FAME members, Sam and Renee DiBello and their team of experts help hundreds of people buy and sell homes every year. They are best known for their TV commercials and their very own television show, Home Lifestyles Showcase, which aired for over four years around Puget Sound.

Sam and Renee have each earned the following career distinctions including RE/MAX International's highest recognition for sales volume, the prestigious CHAIRMAN AWARD and for 3 consecutive years Sam has been presented with Seattle Magazines "BEST IN CLIENT SATISFACTION AWARD".

They are the founders of Washington Housing Education, a non-profit organization, Rutopia Educational Seminars and The DiBello Group, all dedicated to educating the public about real estate matters.
