Christine Velander

Christine Velander has been in the Real Estate industry for 14 years. She is in her fourth year of practicing real estate in North and South Carolina. She is the owner of City and Lake Homes specializing in Lake Norman and Mt. Island Lake.

Christine was Rookie of the year at Keller Williams her first year in real estate. She has been in the Top 1% at her Keller Williams office for the past four years. In 2006 she was the top real estate agent in her office. She was also awarded the CEL award for customer service for 3 consecutive years.

A resident of North Carolina for 10 years Christine is an avid animal lover and owner of four dogs and two cats. A graduate of South Eastern Academy. Christine grew up in Illinois and is the youngest of 12 brothers and sisters.

Christine is also active in her community as a member of the Chamber of Commerce and ALC agent leadership counsel. In addition Christine provides support to the Lincoln County animal shelter.
